Focus Financial Services is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to provide support for a diverse portfolio of business and entrepreneurial clients. What You’ll Do

• Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payrolls across multiple clients
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Manage payroll tax filings, deposits, and reconciliations
• Support employee onboarding related to payroll (W-4s, direct deposit, etc.)
• Maintain organized, accurate payroll records
• Respond to client and employee inquiries with professionalism and clarity
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and accounting teams

What We’re Looking For

• Payroll experience (multi-client or multi-entity preferred)
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance and tax requirements
• Experience with payroll platforms
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage deadlines across multiple clients
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High level of discretion and professionalism

Compensation

Starting pay is $25 per hour, with potential performance-based increases within the first 90 days based on your demonstrated performance in the role.
